TALK Partners
TALK was originally available to parents and caregivers across Indiana and Michigan through funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the work of five partner agencies, and is now available nationwide. The HighScope Educational Research Foundation (HighScope) evaluated TALK during the grant period, including input from TALK users.
The Midwest Collaborative for Library Services, the Indiana State Library, and the Library of Michigan are helping develop and facilitate libraries’ use of TALK.
Libraries who want to use TALK in their communities can find more information here.
TALK was developed with support and guidance from a wide variety of advisory organizations and community partners, who helped write and review the content and promoted the service to families.
